Marma Therapy: 1 hour session

Each session offers Prana to specific parts of the body that require attention via corresponding Marma points. The Marmas are vital points which allow access to the body, mind and consciousness. Marma therapy allows the energy in the body to circulate freely, clearing up any blocked channels and/or stimulating those which may be stagnant. Commonly requested for and not limited to:  neck, shoulder and low back pain, headaches and menstrual cramps.

Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Massage)  1.5 hour session

Abhyanga calms the nervous system, aids in the release of toxins, facilitates movement of lymph and promotes healthy blood circulation. In this one person Ayurvedic Massage you will experience muscular relaxation, tissue nourishment and calming of the mind.

Ayurvedic Cooking Classes: Individual & Group

Ayurvedic meal preparation in the comfort of your kitchen. Meals can be tailored to your specific constitutional needs or to varying constitutions as a group meal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, beverage and dessert options available.

Private Yoga Nidra Classes; 1 hour session

The practice of Yoga Nidra offers deep relaxation and healing on the subtle, energetic levels of the body. Each session is created to address  specific challenges or areas of focus.

Gather up the team and share space in alleviating the body and mind of workplace stress. Each session offers tools for mental clarity, ease and expansion in the body.

Breath: Prana, or life force, is essential for our existence. Each session offers tools to maximize utilization of breath for well-being. This session includes meditation: a practice of awareness, compassion and non-judgement.
